HP Recommended Product: Pavilion 13 Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)Got a problem with connecting Samsung printer to my new laptop. Printer is M2070 and was used before successfully with other laptop. But I had to replace it with Pavilion 13", Win 10 Home x64, i5 1.6 GHz, 8 GB RAM.
I tried to connect it wirelessly and with the cable, all software was installed from CD with drivers which was included with the printer. After succesfully installing all software, the printer prints normally a test page. And this is the end of successful work. When I try to click on Samsung Easy Printer Manager or Easy Document Creator, there is no response. Not a single process starts. I tried to open the applications as administrator, tried as well to run them in compatibility mode with win 7 and others, no change.
I did install and uninstall the software couple of times, no change. I have a feeling, that it is more laptop issue than the printer. Anyone have any idea what I can do to be able to use this device properly?
